Symptoms of Perfectionism

  • Emotional Symptoms

Perfectionism is fueled by fear of not being good enough, which creates tremendous anxiety, stress, and overwhelm.

  • Burn-out

Living in fear that people will find out you're "not good enough" makes you overdo everything, leading to exhaustion and lower self-worth.

  • Self-Sabotage

When you're busy tap dancing to prove your worthiness it's tough to live the life you were born to live and pursue your own goals and dreams.

Your authenticity is needed in this world.

You are a one-of-a-kind, and we need you. We need all the voices in the choir to harmonize.

When you bring awareness to perfectionism

you give yourself better choices

  • Increased vitality and aliveness

  • Agency and empowerment (less victimhood)

  • Connection and realignment to your life purpose

  • Increase in personal confidence, which translates to work and family

  • Increased creativity and flow

  • A sense of calm and "everything is going to be alright" kind of wellbeing
